New Chromium free passivation system for aluminum alloy consists of two main steps: AD-D08 phosphorus-free alkaline degreaser + AD-F08 passivation without chrome, fluoride and zirconium, which can fully replace existing fluorine-zirconium(titanium) passivation system, so as to meet higher environmental protection expectations. Eco-friendly, can reply ANDON D08 alkaline degreasing cleaner can be used in both dipping and spraying process.
