Strong and Fast etching, super alkaline etchant for aluminium, can replace sand blasting, suitable for both large aluminium profiles and small aluminium components, best for removing mechanical lines or forming sand surface effect on aluminium surface.

Can be used on building profiles, cosmetic packaging materials, electrical appliances, etc. Or use as pre-treatment chemical before powder coating. Applicable to all kinds of aluminium alloys, especially 6063 and 1050 alloy, gives a silver-white sand surface.
1. Work with sodium hydroxide solution for etching treatment, to obtain a sand surface.
2. Low concentration of sodium hydroxide, short processing time or low-temperature can give a smooth surface as well.
3. Can remove mechanical lines on aluminium surface and achieve uniform surface.
4. Stronger etching ability can shorten processing time.
5. The formation of white precipitates is slower and lesser, thus life span of bath is relatively long.
6. Use before powder coating can enhance compactness of the substrate.
